UPS - Maintenance schedule during any 12 month period would include :-
PowerContinuity can arrange to maintain and service your
UPS to provide the 2 necessary service visits per year to keep your UPS in peak performance.
Twice a year we visit your site to service, complete a maintenance program and test your UPS and its bypass procedures.
On each visit you will receive a written signed report of the condition of the UPS and test certificate. If you require parts replacement then we will either carry this replacement on site at the same time or arrange a mutually convenient time.
PowerContinuity engineers can arrange to maintain and service any make, any model,any where.
To meet your Health and Safety regime requirements any UPS must be service and receive a test certificate.
This is also a requirement of your insurance company ( See your policy details ).
As part of the PowerContinuity contract you have a 4 hour response BE 24 /7/365 to site with direct acess to an engineer on the 24 hour helpline. Don't worry, pick the phone and talk to an engineer 24-7. He will talk you through any queries and if necessary send an engineer to site, even while you are speaking with him.
PowerContinuity recommends that you also carry out a mains fail test on you UPS energy system at least once every 3 months, as a minimum, during working hours to ensure the resilience of your infrastructure. This will also highlight any areas of weakness that may require immediate attention.

Generators -- A regular Maintenance schedule during any 12 month period should include :-
PowerContinuity can arrange the necessary service and maintenance visits to keep your Generator in peak performance always in accordance with the manufacturers specification and requirements.
We will arrange for the 2 service and maintenance visits per year, known as A & B services.
Service visit A - to replace oils and filters as well as routine maintenance
Service visit B - For routine maintenance etc.
Analyse Oil samples- We can also analyse your oils as an alternative to replacing the oil in much larger Generators
